Lindsey always had an interest in physiotherapy from school, but life took her down a different path… until an upper back injury in her 20s changed everything.

Meet Amanda – From Pro Dancer to Sports Therapy Pr Meet Amanda – From Pro Dancer to Sports Therapy Pro 💪

Amanda first discovered massage during lockdown while waiting for the dance industry to reopen. What started as a side job quickly became a passion, especially after working with athletes at Anselmians Rugby Club and seeing how powerful rehabilitation and hands-on therapy can be together.

That experience pushed her to level up her skills with a Level 4 Sports Therapy qualification at Cheshire West College, and not long after she joined the team at Younger.

What she loves treating:

💥 Muscle tightness and recovery
💥 Exercise-based rehab alongside massage
💥 Helping people move and feel better again

She loves the variety of patients she gets to work with and is always building her knowledge to give people the best care possible.
